Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to «Κουμπάκι». «Κουμπάκι» offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Site Ownership and its Content Intellectual Property

The Site is owned and operated by «Κουμπάκι» which is the trading name of EIRINI VITOROU, a company based in Greece, 24-26 Pallados str, 105 54, Athens. The content of the Site, including without limitation all text, images, graphics, designs, logos, icons, codes, data, materials and the compilation thereof, as well as the look, selection and arrangement, design and organization of the Site, (collectively “Content”), is controlled by «Κουμπάκι», including without limitation copyrights, trademarks (whether registered or not) and all other pertinent rights controlled by «Κουμπάκι» and are protected by national intellectual property and other laws and international treaty provisions. Any reproduction or redistribution of any kind of the above listed content is absolutely prohibited. The use of the Site is not intended to and does not grant to any person or entity any intellectual property or other ownership rights in or to the Site or its Content.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, if required by the circumstances, to restrict the sales of our products to any person, geographical area or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, which means that items in your shopping bag are not reserved and are available to other customers until the completion of your purchase.

The products offered through this website are available in Greece and abroad. All product orders depend on their availability. In this light, in case of difficulties in supplying or depleting the products in stock, we reserve the right to inform you either by phone to the number you have declared or by email, about similar products of equal quality and value, which you can order. If you do not wish to order such products, we will refund you the amount you may have paid in full.

Prices for our products can be changed without notice.

The price of each product will be the one set at any time on our website, except in cases of obvious error. We always make sure that all the prices on the website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we find an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to re-confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If it is not possible to contact you, we will consider your order to be canceled and we will refund you in full any amount you have paid. We are not obliged to supply you any product at the wrong lower price (even if we have sent you the Order Confirmation), in case the price error is obvious and indisputable and can be reasonably recognized by you as the wrong price. Prices on our website include VAT. 24%.

You can choose from the following delivery options:

- You can pick up your order from our store, Κουμπάκι, 24 - 26 Pallados Street, 105 54, Athens, Greece.

- Shipping by courier service.

Payment methods as follows:

- Payment at the store, available only upon pick up from our store Κουμπάκι. Your order will be kept for you in the store for a period of 14 days, otherwise it will be canceled.

- Credit / debit / prepaid card.

- PayPal.

Upon completion of your order you will receive a confirmation email that will contain all the information about your order.

Shipping costs are your charge at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel the purchase in case:

- we do not receive payment approval

- we can not deliver to the area where you live

- you do not agree with the terms of use of the site

In case you want to cancel your order, you must inform us within twenty four (24) hours from its registration and we will inform you via e-mail or phone about when the money will be deposited in your card. In case you have chosen a different payment method, we will only inform you about the completion of the cancellation of your order.

In case you choose to pick up your order from the store, you are obliged to pick up your order within 14 days. The company reserves the right to check your information and not to serve you in the future in case of repeated cancellation more than twice.

Κουμπάκι is headquartered in Athens, Greece and all our transactions are in Euros (€). You will be billed in Euros. If you are a customer whose credit/debit/prepaid card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. Please note, that if you purchase from a country which has other currency than Euros, then currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit/debit card.
