RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - CHANGE POLICY

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days (upon receipt) without giving any explanation. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract with a clear statement, before the expiration of the above 14-day period. The customer must return the product in excellent condition upon receipt. Basic requirement for the withdrawal is that the returned product has not been used, is in excellent condition, just before its sale, in its complete original packaging (box, etc.) which should not have any damage / deterioration, and with all the contents of the original packaging. In order for the return of the product to be accepted, the original purchase document (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the purchase contract, we will refund you interest-free without delay and in any case within 14 days from the day we were notified of the withdrawal and return of the products to us, the amount we have received from you (excluding shipping costs). Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. In any case, you will not incur additional costs for this return. Subject to the above, however, we can withhold refunds either until we receive all the products back or until we receive evidence that you have returned the products, whichever comes first.

Then you should call the carrier that cooperates with us in order to pick up the products from you and return them to our store. Upon receipt by us, we will refund you, as defined in the previous paragraph and in any case within 14 days the amount of purchases on your card (excluding shipping costs) or any payment method you have set. In this case you have to pay for the return of the products to us.

In the event that the above conditions are not met, or at least one of them, we reserve the right not to accept the withdrawal.

Changes-Returns

The company provides the opportunity to change one product with another within 14 days from the date of receipt. The customer must return the product in excellent condition upon receipt. - Change (because you want to change your choice)

- Change (because you received the wrong order)

- Warranty for defective product

In the event that any of our products is delivered to you with a defect, we replace it without any charge, unless such action is impossible or requires disproportionate costs. In this case you should contact us at 2155052518 or by email at koumpaki@ymail.com. In this case, after receiving the defective product, we replace it within 3-5 working days. If not available, you will receive an email informing you of the delivery date.
