WITHIN GREECE

Shipments within Greece are made with SPEEDEX with delivery time within 3-5 working days. The minimum charge for shipping your order is 4.00 Euros and depends on the weight of the product you have ordered and the destination. The final shipping charge will appear before the purchase is completed.

You can pick up your order from our store, 24 - 26 Pallados Street, 105 54, Athens, Greece, within our opening hours, free of charge. For purchases over € 80.00 there is no shipping charge regardless of the method of payment.

OUTSIDE GREECE

Shipments to foreign countries are made by DHL and the charge depends on the weight of the product you have ordered and the destination. The final shipping charge will appear before the purchase is completed. Delivery time varies depending on the destination.

* Customers outside the European Union are subject to any additional charges that may arise from exchange rate differences, customs clearance, import duties, product restrictions and other local requirements for which our company bears no responsibility.

All products are packed in a special protective package in order to receive them in excellent condition. In case you receive an order with a damaged packaging, the company does not take responsibility for the damage.

The company does not take responsibility for deliveries that are delayed or not made due to force majeure.

Shipments and deliveries take place at the address you entered and it is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping details. The company does not take responsibility for not delivering products to incorrectly registered data. If your order is returned to us because you did not receive it or because the courier company failed to complete the delivery, you will bear the costs of the return.
